The tread blocks clean out mud and snow and eject rocks stuck in the tread grooves, maintaining constant road contact without fail.
The tread design was improved on this tire compared to the previous MT-08 model.
The tread blocks are more detailed and have additional sipes on them for boosted road grip.
The all season compound used in its manufacture provides superb all weather traction and it grips the road well, even in winter weather.
The wide grooves in the tread pattern help eliminate water from below the tire’s footprint, increasing its resistance to hydroplaning.
