Broste Copenhagen Earthernware Table Fungi

We spend a great deal of our time traveling the world in search of unique and stunning items, but we only had to travel as far as Copenhagen to be stopped in our tracks by this remarkable table from Broste.

Crafted entirely from earthenware pottery, it defies most definitions of what a table should be and yet it performs that function perfectly. At the same time, it represents an extraordinary level of inventiveness in both its design and the intricacy of its construction.

The table’s pale, warm mushroom shade allows the complex undulations of its irregular curves and ridges to fascinate the eye.
